TMCs invest in corporate self booking tools, back office technology and concentrate on accumulating large to medium local, national and multinational corporate clients and servicing their accounts. Agencies that are part of a TMC are either owned or are affiliated with that specific TMC. TMCs can mandate policy to their agencies.
