CHALLENGE

Belconnen Way Hotel & Serviced Apartments came to us looking for new ways gain traction in the market and manage the daily pricing of their inventory to the family investment was being maximised.

Having ran the business since inception for over 42 years, they were finding it difficult to keep up with latest advancements in technology, online visibility and smart pricing strategies.

SOLUTION

We began with a comprehensive Gap Analysis where we conducted an external audit and benchmarked them against best practice. We provided and extensive list of recommendations for change and improvement which we quickly got to work on.

These changes began to bear fruit as we began providing a virtual revenue management service to them also, which resulted in a dramtic turnaround in their fiscal performance.
