We met the ladies from Waterfront Melbourne Apartments at NoVacancy Expo 2018. They had grown rapidly in recent years and while so busy in buidling the business and meeting guest expectations, the ‘digital side’ of the business, while not terrible, did need a bit of a refresh.
Running 50+ apartments on multiple leases in a competitive market was more than enough to keep the team ‘caught up’ in the daily grind and not so much in the performance improvement area.
As typical, we began with a Gap Analysis to build their Master Strategy and Action Plan. Soon after, we undertook a large digital transformaton project with the goal to improve their online visibility & book-ability.

The occupancy is through the roof, we are almost 90% at times throughout this past 6 months. There is no way we could have achieved that whilst trying to run a busy hotel and manage the accommodation side.
