A succesfully ran suburban Hotel with a strong local ‘entertainment’ following, however, were leaving large sums on money on the table through their under-perfoming 39 accommodation assets.
Having a mix of Pub rooms, Motel rooms as well as Apartments made it even more challenging to get a simple message out there and to atrract some of the local demand that did already exist.
